Hand-stitched Labyrinth cloths

These labyrinth cloths have been designed to relax the mind into a focused and peaceful state. As well as having many uses as beautiful decorative cloths, they can be used as a form of meditation, helping to release stress and tension.

The hand-made labyrinth embroidered onto lightweight material can easily be carried with you and pulled out for use when you have a spare moment to give yourself meditative quietude. One method is to 'walk' the labyrinth with your finger. A wonderful tool to work with children!

Proceeds from the sale of these labyrinth cloths go directly to Asral NGO, Mongolia. Each labyrinth cloth is stitched in Mongolia by a woman householder with children. The women are trained by Asral in order to create a self-sustaining income. Women are the poorest members of Mongolian society, living frequently in difficult conditions with temperatures dropping to -40oC during winter. Through Asral, women’s children also receive support with hot meals for school children and kindergarten care.
